Overview

Harbor Sight is a computer-vision system for container yards in Tema. Cameras already on the gates and cranes feed models that identify boxes, estimate dwell, and flag mismatches before they stall a shift. We built the product to run on imperfect power and patchy networks—the conditions of a working port, not a lab. The interface is for stevedores and planners, not dashboards for their own sake.
